Review / Response

Roast pork can either be a huge success or a dramatic flop. It all depends on these three variables

You see. If the crackling is not crunchy enough. It will be like a dogs chew toy. And if your pork is too tough then no one will be able to eat it. And the general taste is just a given. No on will eat a pork roast that tastes like it has been sitting in a pond of salt water for three weeks. And if your gravy doesn't taste good then covering your dish with it will be a definite -1 star!

But if you make a good pork roast with a beautiful salad and crunchy skinned potatoes then you might get more than one star added on to your rating.

This dish can be an absolute treat and would have a full 5 star rating if there wasn't the hit and miss factor. So I have rated it 4 and a half stars instead.
