This winter treat includes roast chicken, mixed ‘stir fry veggies’ and a delightful sauce. It is topped with crumpled up filo sheets and a generous sprinkling of sesame seeds. This ‘pie’ is really tasty and is best served piping hot. It is one of my mother’s signature dishes which means that if I give it anything less than a five star rating, things will not end well.
